This house is based on my grandmother's home in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It had lots of bedrooms and she used to rent them to college students. As with a lot of my houses I used boolprop constrainfloorelevation false so it would probably be a nightmare to change the floor plan. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths for a big sim family. The little garage in the back could be used for storage or hobbies or maybe a guest cottage.
