This is my latest build- currently my masterpiece. I think I need to practice some starter homes after this!

Carnegie Manor II is the 1916 rebuild of the original Carnegie Manor, which burned down. It remains an unsolved mystery to this day, but the rebuild is beautifully done and kept the colonial feel of the original structure.

Lot Size: 60x60
Furnished: 584,240
Unfurnished: 286,493

Luxury Home for Rich Sims (Old Money, anyone?) includes:
* 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms(each is a suite with attached full bath: master, boy room, girl room, nursery, & guest suites)
* 3 conveniently located half baths
* Full kitchen with TWO sinks, bar seating, breakfast nook, AND formal dining room.
* Formal living room with look of built in bookshelves next to fireplace
* Office / Library
* Rec room (big and sunny!)
* Upstairs Media room with kitchenette and bar- great for family and/or entertaining
* Attached 3 car garage on a home with a foundation!
* 7 fireplaces! (dining, living, media, master & guest suites, girl's room, and library)

Fully Landscaped Outdoor Living Includes:
* Deck attached to kitchen with grill and outdoor dining
* Private second story deck off of master suite
* Fenced Garden area
* Fully fenced in pool area (have you ever had a kid jump in while playing tag and drown? I have. Hopefully this helps prevent that.)
* Fenced kids' play area w/ all base game available outside toys
* Gazebo with ANOTHER fireplace, foosball, fountains, and lounge seating
* Beautifully landscaped pond with stone bench from the ORIGINAL Carnegie Manor- all that was salvaged when it burned down.

My boy and girl room decor was loosely inspired by the latest Land of Nod (basically, Crate and Barrel for kids) catalog and I LOVE them! I hope you do, too! Also, the nursery is more "boy" at the moment, but a simple switch of the blue to pink/purple would easily make it a cute and trendy girl nursery! [Sorry that I forgot to turn the lights on for the nursery pic, but you can see everything there and the color scheme is evident!]

I hope you enjoy this home! It's my favorite I've ever built, and I build a LOT of homes (I only upload the best, though!)
