I finally decided to get into nectar making so I needed a small vineyard that would fit at 200 East Northbank Boulevard in France. You have one of all the trees and all the grapes plus watermelon, life fruit and flame fruit. The pond is stocked with fish and frogs, the sprinklers are on auto and the plants and trees are at varies stages of quality. There are 5 or 6 bottles of nectar in the racks to get you started.

The main floor:

Dinning area
Office area
Half bath

The upstairs:
Master bedroom with own bath
2 child bedrooms with shared bath

The basement:
Storage room
Nectar making room
Wine tasting room
Spare room
