An old-fashioned house by the lake with some modern features, such as panoramic windows and stylish furnitures.

I got the inspiration to make this house from a TV commercial I saw the other day (lol). It was basically a house - with panorama windows and a low roof going over the porch - surrounded by a forest and a lake.

Both a furnished and an unfurnished version is avaliable this time. The unfurnished version requires the same EP's though.

I used a cheat code to make the roof lower, but I heard somewhere that the roof resets to it's usual angle every time you quit the game or something(?), so it may not be this low when you enter the lot. If so, you'll have to use this code if you want the same angle as in the pics: ctrl+shift+C, as usual, then type in "roofslopeangle 25" (25 is the angle I used but you can type in anything between 15-75.) ALSO, you need Nightlife for this cheat to work, apparently.
(The roof was the same angle for me when I started the game again, but just in case it isn't for you guys - and you want it to be -use that code.)

UPDATE
I've heard that the windows appeard blue from some people who-ve downloaded my lots, but since others seemed to be satisfy with the lots I assumed the master file had gotten deleted from the lot package for just some people, somehow. But I saw now that the master file does not even get included when I package the lot. I'm still not sure if this occours for everyone but if so, get the windows master file here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=257715
