Here's the 'Stefani Top', based on a gift I made on my livejournal for the sims 2 (which you can see here)
A simple design, the Stefani top has a loose drape than gathers into a waistband. The bow neck detail is the main selling point; creating a simple, understated halterneck than can be found in Casual and Formal wear for YA/A simmies. All morphs working and present :D.
