Ventana is a large, single story, family home with plenty of room for entertaining in the backyard. The architecture and design is contemporary throughout. Long hallways bring sims from one wing of the house to another. The front wing includes the foyer, kitchen, dinning table and a full bathroom. The second wing is the bedroom wing, with two single bedrooms and a bathroom for kids. Another hallway leads to the Master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom includes a TV lounge area and walk-in closet. Long, open windows line the house to give amble views into the backyard. On the right side of the house there is a garden that is ready for your sims' attention.




Overall, the house includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. I've placed it near Pondcentric in Sunset Valley (a lot that partially inspired this one), so that is optimal placement for all the surrounding landscaping.
