Heavily inspired by the massive civil engineering projects going on in places like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, etc. to reclaim land from the sea while at the same time creating a beautiful and eye-catching living space, I decided to try my hand at doing something similar. al-Sulejaan (machine-translated Arabic for 'The Sceptre') is a map featuring a large, keyhole-shaped island and a long coastal avenue, set among a low hilly landscape, reminiscent of rolling dunes. With enough beachfront real estate for up to ten 5x5 beach lots and plenty of urban grid space, you've got the freedom to get really creative!

As always, I recommend you use a camera hack to get the full benefit out of the map but it still works without it.
