At Home in Texas

Here is a very spacious family home found by Sjader, with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Kids will love the play house on stilts (totally dangerous but not for Sim kids!) accessible by Marvine's awesome ladder and made enchanting by Lady Angel's toadstool fantasy table and chair. Double swings complete the fun backyard.

Because I was trying to copy the house Sjader suggested found here: http://www.realtor.com/realestatean...05_M71041-53790, I created some new furniture including:

Built in Kitchen Cabinet poly count 216

I also created 3 wall hangings and a white bedspread which I didn't see in the Sims2CleanInstaller list so I uploaded them as a separate file if you wish to have them.

The other item I didn't see in the Sims2CleanInstaller list but really makes the front of the house look good is Itas84's Woodya Front Door found here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=371734

Also, I used Phaenoh's White Roof Trim Default found here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=327787 which gives the house a lovely, finished look.

I play tested with the Traveller family. She got a job in the culinary career and he is going to be a stay-at-home dad with a robot station. The little girl has been living on cupcakes which she bakes in her playhouse. With thanks again to Sjader for finding something fun to build! Hope it fits your Sim family's wish list.
