You've worked hard your whole life - now it's time to relax! The Elder Living Community is the perfect place for you to spend the sunset of your years. Each unit has one bedroom and one bathroom and completely upgraded appliances. Common areas are for Elder Sims only and include a theater, a gym, a steam room, and a game room filled with activities. The lot also includes basement parking so you don't have to give up driving just because you moved to a smaller place!
Currently the lot is set up as a Late Night apartment with one player unit and seven NPC units. You can alter this by removing the lot markers in BuyDebug, or you can keep them as NPC apartments and just remove them as needed when more Elders need the space. The Barrier to Entry doors are all set to permit Elders only to the common areas on the main floor, but if you want to make this a regular apartment building you can remove the restrictions or just replace them with regular doors.
CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.)
