This is a rabbit hole rug for the Vault of Antiquity that came with the Supernatural expansion pack. It can be found in Build mode --> Community Objects --> Buildings. Despite its categorization as a community object, it can be placed on residential lots.

There is no map tag associated with the Vault in the game--this is not an issue with the rug.
