As requested by Shastakiss, the two basegame expensive clothing racks separated into two subsets: rack and dresses.

Catalog Name: Execptionally Expensive Clothing Collator
Catalog Location: Misc. > Misc.
Catalog Price: 5.000

Catalog Name: Empress's New Clothes Rack
Catalog Location: Misc. > Misc.
Catalog Price: 5.000

Install Instructions
The folder includes two files:
Klaartje_[...]_PF - Install this in C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\zCEP-EXTRA.
Klaartje_[...]_Doc - Install this in \Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\zCEP-EXTRA
