Espresso Machine [CEP-Extra]

The original Espresso Machine had the counter base and counter top as the two recolorable subsets so that it could match the Club counters. This CEP-Extra removes the counter meshes and makes the actual Espresso Machine have the two recolorable subsets so it can be used with any counter or counter height surface. I've added the Function - Init BHAV from the espresso machine into the package as well so that it can be placed over any other mesh, aka counters, without needing cheats.

Note that it will not place onto counter slots, two tile objects won't place into slots. I've also added a game play image of how the espresso machine works when over a counter/island mesh, notice the direction of the machine on islands. If you place it the opposite way it is unusable, it must have the front of the espresso machine where the bar stools would go.

This will conflict with Menaceman's Mapping fix, but it is no longer needed as this completely removes the counters.
