Hey everyone,

Back with another residential lot. It has the same boxy and modern style as one of my previous houses, Russet Residence, if you feel like checking that one out. This one however puts more emphasis on "wood", as I wanted to build a house that felt modern yet natural - I think of it as a giant treehouse for adults.

It comes fully furnished, and since almost all rooms are long and slim it makes for some quite interesting "compact living" solutions. Still, it is largely a house made for rich bachelors or bachelorettes since there's plenty of rooms made for party and group activities - you have 2 large patios, a swimming pool, a private gym, a music room, and even your own bowling hall! There is however a small guestroom that could easily be reshaped into a kids room if you want.
