!Updated for Sep 5th 2019 Patch

Automatically fills hygiene need of pets (dogs) in unplayed households every 6 hours (in game time). The default value is 24 hrs.
Also changes the buff time of Skunk moodlet from 24 hrs to 6 hrs.

Now dogs won't look like they've been neglected the whole time
