This home offers an open floor plan, split level, partial basement and porches.
I find starter homes very challenging. Mostly because you are very limited on funds and they are difficult to make look different from any other starter home. So I took this starter home to the next level and gave it an illusion of having a lower split level when it is in fact a basement. It has a unique look with the roofing over the basement level and very difficult to get under the starter home pricing. A little depreciation was needed to lower the price.
This is the last starter home needed for my "From the Ground Up! Challenge.

If you do not have one or more of the packs listed, that is okay. The game will just replace what you don't have with something that you do have.
