this is a small restaurant built on the smallest lot for community lots, this business was designed and thought for small suburbs or those who want to have a low cost business.
the restaurant includes all the basic elements for operation.
This lot was tested after creating a clean copy and the influx of sims was evidenced.
This restaurant can be a community visit site or a business to own, whatever your choice the site works without problems and all the available tables are used by the sims.
This is a corner plot, you can place it at any available intercept in your neighborhood or you can download any neighborhood templates that I have created for this type of lot.
