A Family Farmhouse Makeover

This is a makeover for the Family Farmhouse from the lot bin.

This lot may be one of the better ones in the bin, but that does not mean one cannot do a bit of renovating

The family farmhouse is now a proper farm with orchard, greenhouse, a pond and all.

The first floor has a kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area. There is also a sliding door leading to a porch where the family can enjoy a BBQ between farming.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a small study and a bathroom.

The house now has a 3rd floor as well, where there is a gym (because farmers cannot leave the farm whenever they feel like working out) as well as a toy making station (because money has to be earned when the fruit trees are dormant and the pond is frozen as well). There is a bathroom as well, because there is a gym.

The farming family will be busy with the orchard, vegetables in the green house and fishing - but they will hopefully enjoy living there and I hope some of you may enjoy playing this lot as well.
