"If vampires get to have vampire lounges, why can't fairies have fairy lounges?" — Probably some fairies.
And once I realised that fairies would love all the whimsical candy objects from the Katy Perry's Sweets stuff pack, the rest is history.
Fairy's Fir Garden is a triple-purpose lot that can work well as a Late Night lounge, Into the Future cafeteria, or as the enableLotLocking on arboretum lot assignment. The garden castle has hobbies and equipment for fairies to frolick in and feel like it's a fullmoon ball every day, including:
• Arboretum rabbithole.
• Vault of Antiquity.
• Fairy-size castle to sleep and party in.
• A model train set, claw machine, and high-end stereo system, things fairies have special abilities to use.
• Moon horoscope.
• Beekeeper boxes with bees that fly and buzz around like fairies do.
• Fairy statues, art, and teddy bears.
• Red toadstools and glowing orbs, which aid on the way to creating Bottled Blessing of the Fae elixirs.
And for all Sims to enjoy, there's:
• Late Night bar desk.
• Synthetic food/drink generators, with 3 dining tables to use them with.
• Late Night bubble bar table.
• Showtime show stage with standing areas.
• Subway station.
• Plumbot charging station.
• Picnic table.
• TV and bookshelf area.
• Arcade cabinet.
• Digital aquarium.
• A concert stage with 5 instruments, should someone want to make the lot usable for band gigs.
• A telescope on the 4th floor roof terrace.
A lot of fairy lore was implemented in the architecture. The concept of wooden floors held up by a large central tree, was loosely inspired by the Home Tree from Disney Fairies, where it was also established that fairies were bad enough swimmers that even a hot tub would be uncharacteristic. The yellow flower path to the entrance was very loosely inspired by the road from The Wizard of Oz. And fairies generally like to feel grass under their feet, which means the 1st floor's surface is pretty much only grass. The front view was early on based on shopping malls (especially the poles), but ended up much more castle-like instead.
Lot size: 30x30
Furnitured: 139,451 §
Not furnitured: 85,699 §
———Notes———
• I recommend combining this lot with one of the mods I've made, Greatly extend lot opening hours, so that fairies and other Sims can visit, use, and stay on the lot well into the morning hours regardless of the lot assignment.
• I skipped adding a Spectrum Mood Lamp, as that one is damaging to fairies (Gives them electric shock) rather than a useful showcase of fairy-exclusive interactions.
• For players who feel it'd be desirable to exclude non-fairy Sims from the garden, the frontdoor has been confirmed able to fit a Late Night barrier rope to it. This could however cause problems with the cafeteria service, and likely with other things too.
• The more fairy NPCs in town, the better the lot will work.
• Although some overlap remains between the two, especially the rabbitholes, many objects were picked to complement and non-overlap with Shoppingcenter 7000 (Another lot I've made), especially the Late Night, Showtime, and cafeteria facilities.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
Sorting-talent fairy (Think Disney Fairies' talent system) who likes and strongly specialises in Sims 3. Good at building community lots, and turned out to have a talent for S3PE mods. From Norway. He/him, but I won't mind it at all about anyone mistaking me. Carried The Sims Wiki's maintenance of Sims 3 pages virtually singlehandedly in 2023. Likes good food. PFP: Lucky Luke.
WIP big projects:
• EP changelogs for British English v1.4 (April 2024)
• "60FPS EA splash screen in Sims 3" (April/May 2024; depends on whether there's a fair amount of players who aren't using the various "Skip intros" mods)
• "IMAG game files ran through OptiPNG for slightly better game performance" (March or Q2 2024; need to figure out if DeltaBuild0 images are fair game to post as a mod, and not just FullBuild0)
• "Turn supermarkets into department stores" (Likely cancelled, as SN elixirs didn't have separate code rows)
• "Sims 3 Seinfeld apartment based on an architect's chart from 2011" (Cancelled; Sims 3 simply couldn't accomodate the needed straight/diagonal walls)
Backup of some of my mods (External link). I understood the rules (Link) as that "About Me" 100% allowed such links, though the normal SoMe profile settings lacked GitHub or GitLab options.
