This tuning mod makes the camera move faster when switching between sims/lots.

Installation
extract the .zip file and put .package file to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Mods > Packages

It edits Camera_0x25858B5C89C00944 in GameplayData.package - it'll conflict with any mod that does the same.
