This historic steamboat is now boarding for twice daily cruises up and down Bluewater Village's scenic river, featuring live jazz music, a free buffet, poker tournament, and sun deck!

⚠️ Important: Lot Placement Notes ⚠️
I used the "Island Lot" technique to make this boat appear to float in the water.

Because of the technique used, the edges of the lot are not flat. This lot looks the best when placed along Bluewater Village or Twikki Island's coastlines, which it was built for. (It's 4x3, so a little shorter than a typical beach lot.) However, it is not set to "Beach Lot" so you could totally place it inland if you wanted to, it would just look kind of weird I think.

🎨 Custom Content: 🎨
This lot contains TWO essential pieces of custom content:
1. Red Sonja's recolor of Veranka's deco water wheel on MTS. This is the crux of the build-- it just wouldn't look the same without it! Check out RedSonja's Paddle Wheel Park on MTS at the link above. It's an inland lot so if you don't want to mess with beach placement, give their lot a try.
2. BillieLith's Streets of Montreal Terrain paint in Black on MTS. I used this terrain paint to paint the island the build is sitting on to make it look like the hull of a ship. ‼️ You MUST install custom terrain paints otherwise this lot could crash your game!

I also used these Maxis recolors in my build, but they are not included in the Sims2Pack:
1. White piano recolor by Michelle
2. White chessboard recolor by Michelle

Don't forget you can pick and choose what CC to install when using the Clean Installer.
