Default need censor remover for Ultimate Collection
I've always used "see them 2" mod for years on regular sims 2, so its all i know, but unfortunately i guess it doesnt work with Sims 2 UC.
if im wrong and someone can explain how to get it to work, that would be great too.

Thanks in advance.

You should ask WCIF's on the WCIF board, here: https://www.modthesims.info/forumdisplay.php?f=557

You can turn it off in simpe.

The one I use the blur by Cboy. That one might be over at SexySims. Not sure as I got it some other place.

I like this one because it puts a user start up file in Config folder and I just need to add to it if I want to. SEE THEM 2

It will work but you need to make a folder called The Sims 2 in My Doc where the UC folder is and it will then add a Download folder in there and you just copy and paste it over to your UC Downloads folder.

For whoever has SimPE installed, there should not be a real need to get SEETHEM2. For the latest SimPE, that works as follows: in the "Extra" menu, select "Preferences". On the left side, click the "SimPE Settings" button. Now, on the right hand side of the window, there should be an option "blur nudity". Remove the tick mark and save the settings.

But I must admit, I cannot say for certain if this would work with the UC.

It does. I think you have to set the the right paths in SimPE for the blur to work properly (or not... don't quote me on that; it can't hurt, anyway). My UC sims are most definitely not blurry, and will complain loudly if you point out that the emperor wears no clothes.

@Raindrop_D: thank you for complementing my post. I just couldn't say - and had not investigated the issue - because I don't own the UC, and don't want it, either. I'm happily running the original disc-based version of the game

Seethem2 does work with UC. I used it for a while because I could not find Quaxi's, which also works (when I did find it).
As for UC - I love it It wasn't so much of a choice, really, for me - I did break my base game disk (number 2, to be exact) due to severe stupidity - but I am honestly happy with UC. I also have a great relationship with Windows 10 - as has my UC, it seems .
Not trying to influence anyone here - but rather saying: rest assured. There is life after broken disks

I love UC too. I can't say the same for windows 10 which did a job on my game from which I am still recovering, but finally on the right track. Anyway, what I love about UC is that I don't have to worry about my disks getting scratched or broken, though they are all nicely stored ready for any eventuality. The other thing is that the game is there on my origin account. When my computer was murdered several months ago and the atrocity on which I now rely was purchased, all I had to do was log on to my origin account, and there was my game. I didn't have to reinstall, hunt down patches, etc. I had backed up my game on my external drive, so most of my cc and all my critical cc was there.

Actually just realized I am using Quaxi's only it's in a Cboy folder with another one of his mods. Here:https://app.box.com/s/yh7vcfek7jdarl57koc6c4y4sy8ol7dm

The reason no one can find it anymore was it was on the SimPE site and that page has gone.

And that is, because they've built it into SimPE itself (at least in the latest version). Change one setting in SimPE, and it will make the appropriate changes in-game without the need for a mod.
Perhaps, they should've kept the mod available, though.

But it's a good thing that you still have it available. For those who don't want to get SEETHEM2 or fiddle with SimPE, having Quaxi's mod available will be helpful. So, thank you on their behalf.

I actually had a malfunction with my censor patch yesterday...got a blur with a naked pregnant woman. Which isn't supposed to happen. Not sure why a mod that has worked perfectly since 2004 is now not...on to 50/50 again -_-

I to have had a copy of Quaxi's censor patch for it was the one I first found to many years ago.

I will place both Quaxi's patch and See Them patch on my journal because See Them puts one in the download folder for you. (For the ones who don't want to use See Them program to install it.) http://modthesims.info/journal.php?...wjournal&j=1339

The Quaxi patch, I think, was updated to pets - I am sure I saw one for NightLife? Long time ago, though, so I won't swear on it.

They had instructions on using SimPE to blur when I downloaded it, I choose to download the mod. Mine won't be an old version since I kept the blur for years but got tired of toddlers being all blurry on potties.

Checked, it says pets, so that would be the latest version made.

I am not sure...a friend downloaded my original 6000 files. But it keeps blurs on the toilet, for babies, toddlers, and breastfeeding if you have BoilingOil's mod for that. It is perfect. It just is named nocensor ...I shall have to do some research.

Mine is the Quaxi's pet version patch, it takes the blur off everything. Just drop it in your download folder and go.

I prefer the blur on the toilet...without it, it looks like they're pooping their pants!
