Let's take a tour of Deck-O-Rama:

Enter the property through an uniquely landscaped courtyard. The front entrance is a stylish glass double door, which leads into the two-story open foyer.

Directly ahead is a spacious two story sunken living room. The far wall of the living room is floor to ceiling windows, and the area is open to the kitchen/dining room.

To your left is a short hallway. The first door (on the left) is a guest bathroom. The second door leads into a large study. Entrance into the master suite is through double glass doors.

The master suite consists of a dressing area, which includes a large, walk-in closet (I recommend the free closet set available from http://www.reflexsims.de to complete the closet set up). Double glass doors lead from the dressing area into the master bath, which is large enough to accomodate a tub, shower, toilet, bidet, double sinks, and linen closet (if desired).

Enter into the master bedroom area through the single glass door. This space is large, with plenty of windows to bathe the room in natural light. A sliding glass door allows movement from the master bedroom to the back deck.

Returning to the foyer, just in front of us is the huge, modern kitchen. A small pantry is included - as well as a separate door leading to the courtyard (so much better when carrying muliple bags of groceries!). The kitchen will accomodate a large array of cabinets, as well as an island and breakfast bar.

The open-style dining area is set at an angle, and is lined with large windows. A sliding glass door allows access to the back deck, and spa.

Once again, let's return to the foyer, where the glass elevator is ready for you to cruise up to the second story.

Stepping out of the elevator on the second floor, note the large, open, loft space and bridge. Take a moment to look over the railing to the living room below. What a view!

To the left is a full bath (to be shared by the second and third bedrooms). Both bedrooms include large walk-in closets, while the third also has an access door to the upstairs deck. A double glass door allows access to the deck from the loft/bridge area as well.

Although Deck-O-Rama does not include a swimming pool, there is plenty of room to add one in the back of the lot should your Sims require.
