Cafe Le Brun

Along the river a couple bought a nice old factory, and turned it into an athmospheric Industrial fusion where you can buy a cup of coffee and some snacks. They decided to keep some of it for their own use and made an apartment with a full kitchen and a double bed upstairs.



It's zoned residential when you first enter, changing that to Java hut will remove the stove. I've just done it this way to give you the option of running it as residential with a full kitchen. The coffee bar from university probably requires a university zoning to work, but you can do what you like. If you choose to run it like a Java hut, just click ok when the games tells you some items is not compatible. Just fill the gap in the kitchen with more counters. You may have a mod so you can have all on one lot though. I could recommend Buzzler, but I'm not sure it's working anymore



Floorplan:
1 floor: coffee shop with two bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, diningtables, a comfy 3 seater group, desk for internet surfing, LN prof bar, 2 fireplaces, full kitchen with a diningtable and benches. That apple water thingi at the back with a walk-on-fire pit. A speakers podium from uni, fountain and flower arrangements.



2 floor: more desks for internet desks, bring your own pc, chess table, wicker table and chairs on the balcony, a double bedroom.
