This apartment is a result of a couple that could not quite agree on style. The main room has a slightly more edgy fusion, while the bedrooms is more in the taste of the woman in the relationship I imagine but that's how it goes sometimes or what? The man had to ditch his fabulous fireplace for a more modest one though, we'll see if he can ever forget that.
It's techincally an apartment building with 8 to 10 apartments. I thought the upper limit was 8, but there lives people in all but one in my testing game. The last one wasn't home, whatever that might be. It's been made with hidden and public markers using this tutorial: http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=518823
If you like to do changes you have to use this cheat: RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings off/(on). Turn off the restriction and then turn it on again when you're finished.
If you choose to play without all the furniture I used the price drops from 83k to 8600 simoleons.

If you like to keep them as package files without all the drama with sims3pack files I recommend Delphy's multi-extractor. Click on the spoler below.
1. Download all the files on TSR as a basket if you can,
2. Unzip them.
3. If you can't use basket, put them into the same folder now.
4. Download the multipack extractor,
5. Open it by clicking on the .exe file twice.
6. Click on browse on the top right and find your way to the basket from TSR, leave the main unzipped folder there. You can't use subfolders for this.
7. Go to the second line click browse there and choose your mods folder.
8. Make sure rename is ticked and click extract.
9. Organize in the mods folder to your hearts content.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
