Quadruplets / Quintuplets / Sextuplets (Updated!)

This mod enables the possibility of having quadruplets, quintuplets or even sextuplets in The Sims 4. By default, the maximum number of babies you can have is triplets, do you dare to raise 4, 5 or 6 babies at the same time?

I have included several flavours, so you can choose how risky you want to be. Note that by default (before the december patch) the odds were: 89% of having 1 baby, 10% of twins and 1% triplets:

QUADRUPLETS

• Quadruplets 87 - 10 - 2 - 1: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets. The odds will be: 87% 1 baby, 10% twins, 2% triplets and 1% quadruplets. My recommendation if you want to enable quadruplets but quintuplets are too much for you.
• Quadruplets 75 - 15 - 7 - 3: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets. The odds will be: 75% 1 baby, 15% twins, 7% triplets and 3% quadruplets.
• Quadruplets for sure: your sim will give birth to quadruplets if this mod is installed during the labour.

QUADRUPLETS AND QUINTUPLETS

• Quadruplets and quintuplets 86 - 10 - 2.3 - 1 - 0.7: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets and quintuplets. The odds will be: 86% 1 baby, 10% twins, 2.3% triplets, 1% quadruplets and 0.7% quintuplets. My recommendation if you want to enable quintuplets.
• Quadruplets and quintuplets 55 - 25 - 13 - 5 - 2: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets and quintuplets. The odds will be: 55% 1 baby, 25% twins, 13% triplets, 5% quadruplets and 2% quintuplets.
• Quadruplets and quintuplets 50 - 20 - 15 - 9 - 6: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets and quintuplets. The odds will be: 50% 1 baby, 20% twins, 15% triplets, 9% quadruplets and 6% quintuplets. (asked by Simtonía)
• Quadruplets and quintuplets 30 - 24.5 - 20.5 - 15 - 10: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets and quintuplets. The odds will be: 30% 1 baby, 24.5% twins, 20.5% triplets, 15% quadruplets and 10% quintuplets. You are being very risky with this choice! (asked by PM)
• Quadruplets and quintuplets 50-50: your sim will give birth quadruplets or quintuplets. The odds will be: 50% quadruplets and 50% quintuplets.
• Quintuplets for sure: your sim will give birth to quintuplets if this mod is installed during the labour.
• Quintuplets identical for sure: your sim will give birth to identical quintuplets if this mod is installed during the labour. (asked by thaura)

QUADRUPLETS, QUINTUPLETS AND SEXTUPLETS

• Quadruplets, quintuplets & sextuplets 3 - 7 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets, quintuplets and sextuplets. The odds will be: 3% 1 baby, 7% twins, 15% triplets, 20% quadruplets, 25% quintuplets and 30% sextuplets. • Quadruplets, quintuplets & sextuplets 25 - 21 - 18 - 16 - 12 - 8: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets, quintuplets and sextuplets. The odds will be: 25% 1 baby, 21% twins, 18% triplets, 16% quadruplets, 12% quintuplets and 8% sextuplets. (asked by Sweethrtcc)
• New!! Quadruplets, quintuplets & sextuplets same odds: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets, quintuplets and sextuplets. The odds will be identical, that means you will have a random number of babies (between 1 and 6). (asked by Muse360)
• Quadruplets, quintuplets & sextuplets 86.5 - 7 - 2.5 - 1.5 - 1 - 0.5 + multiples identical for sure: enables the possibility of giving birth quadruplets, quintuplets and sextuplets. If you have multiples, they will be identical for sure. (asked by pikeman101)
• Sextuplets for sure: your sim will give birth to quintuplets if this mod is installed during the labour.

If you want new flavours, just ask!

Have in mind that you won't have quadruplets or quintuplets or sextuplets if you do not have enough space at the household... unless you are using a mod to enable larger households.


Usage:
Have ONE flavour of this mod installed while your sim gives birth. Note that if your sims have fertile trait (or have drank fertility potion) then the odds for a multiple birth will be higher.
You don't need to have any of them installed during the conception.

Resource overrides and compatibility:
This just overrides the S4_03B33DDF_00000000_06F6554A25E46FD0 XML resource.
It is incompatible with XML mods that modify the same resource. For example, MasterDinadan's "Longer/Shorter Pregnancy Lenght" or my "Choose number of babies". But it is likely to be compatible with script mods like java7nerd's "Pregnancy Scan".

This mod is updated to work with version 1.7.62 or 1.7.65 (May 14-15, 2015).

Known issues:

• If you use the "Pregnancy Scan" mod: note that the pregnancy scan may give you two diferent results if you type "pregnancy.scan" more than once. Each time I have tried it, my sim gave birth the next to last number of babies the pregnancy.scan told me.
  For example:
  
  The last time I checked it said "3 girls and 3 boys". The next to last said "1 boy", and that's what I had.

1.- Choose your odds. Let's say you want to make a mod where the odds are 40% (1 baby) - 12% (2) - 8% (3) - 20% (4) - 20% (5 babies).
Then you need to download one of my mods that enables to have quadruplets and quintuplets. You are going to modify it. For example I'm going to use the "Quadruplets and quintuplets 86 - 10 - 2.3 - 1 - 0.7".

2.- Extract the .package and open it with the s4pe.

3.- Look for the file tagged "ITUN" on the left column.


Click on it with the right botton and choose "Notepad".


4.- Edit > Find > .

5.- Insert your percentage of having 1 child in the following line.


6.- Edit > Find > .

7.- Change the value for your percentage of having two babies.
For example, I want to have twins the 12% of the times, so I write:


8.- Repeat 6 and 7:
Triplets:


Quadruplets:

etc.

9.- Save your changes and close Notepad.

10.- "Yes" when s4pe asks if you want to commit changes.

11.- File > Save as...

12.- Your new mod is ready!!



You can change any of the following at the same time:

-Percentage of multiplets that are identical: find and change the 33.33 that follows for the percentage you want. By default, the 33.33% of the multiplets are going to be identical.

-How many hours does the pregnancy last: divide 1/(number of hours you want the pregnancy to last). For example, I want it to last 8 hours, then 1/8 = 0.125.
Find and change the following number (0.016667) for your result. In my case:
