Here's another piece of modern architecture for your urban sims. The style is very minimalistic, and I wanted to evoke some sense of "eco" and "green" which is why there are so many trees. It's a community lot, but besides a snack machine and a DJ booth there's actually not that much else to do here. Well, besides admiring the scenery of course. So bring down your cultivated sims and take some photos! Otherwise the building fits very well in a city-like neighborhood, particulary in-between some skyscrapers.
