The Eleganza

This house is a modern house based on an image and floorplan I discovered online. The music room came from an idea on Facebook. A singing tutor is building a similar one in her garden. The house has four bedrooms, two of them have en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is also set up as a guest room but could be converted into a lounge (or whatever you wish it to be!). There is a large family area on the first floor with bookshelves, desk and pc. Bedroom 2 and the master have access to their own patio areas.
