I have a love-hate relation with this lot.

I love what Electronic Arts wanted to show us making this place.
The old, brick castle with a secret laboratory underneath to hide the evil and coruption away on the desert.
However I hate this lot for being so hard to remake.
It has poor shape and a lot of unnecessary and strange empty spaces. The hidden laboratory is NOT even hidden as it suppose to be.
The whole castle is an open space. I know it's on the desert but having a door would be a nice possesion.

That's NOT even every reason why I hate this lot.
I hate it because I tried to remake it and gave up. Then I came back to it and abandoned it again. And again. And again...
Every time I started to renovate it something made me give up because of how much no sense this lot has.

Now, I present to you:
1 Tesla Court Remake!

Unfortunately every hard and dumb space here I filled with plants and pots just to make it look somehow.
It doesn't look bad! It's just the lack of creativity from my side.
However I love the library with the secret passage to the laboratory, especially because the laboratory looks really good in my opinion and has everything that needs to be there.
I love how the "fridge" with potions looks. I tried to make a place for the biological liquids they are making here.
I also added a cowplant because not having it here would be a lack of potential.
The whole castle above the laboratory is just a regular place for Sims to live with mixed styles, mostly the victorian one but I made a moroccan bedroom to spice things up.

Having this project on the back of my head for the last few months was kind of irritating. I'm really glad I finished it and I must say...
I'm happy with the result.
I really like how this place turned out in the end.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
