The full name for this lot is the Boffin-Smyth Extra Top Secret Test Facility, but I shortened it to allow you to read it on the downloads page!
This is a residential lot, suited to a desert area, particularly strangetown, although it looks disguised enough to be in a normal neighborhood. The idea behind the lot is that it can be placed next to the 'techy' neighborhood objects and become a research and communications laboratory.
Enter the lot via the gaurded security fences, and your Sims will discover hidden secrets; like the morgue, the flame throwing crater, the tower, the basement lab and the hidden office. The lot is vaguely disguised as a little desert hamlet, but once inside your Sims will discover, er well, download it and find out! The basement lab contains reward objects unlocked by Dr.Boffin-Smyth himself, who is not included in this upload.
This lot is FULLY FURNISHED, DECORATED (sterile-like on Dr.Boffin-Smyth's orders), and LANDSCAPED
