Small lot Victorian. This home still has plenty of room for your Sims but, you can place the lot as is or on a larger lot to expand the yard for whatever your family needs or wants! I still have to have 5 different roof heights so I have included the link on how it is done below.

Now in this house the kids are more spoiled and had to have their own room with their own bath. That makes this house have 4 bedrooms and 5 full baths! The main floor is a more open floor plan then my others but it still has the beautiful woodwork like the old Victorians had. I love the woodwork in TS3!

I did build this home on one of the more expensive 20 x 30’s so the price may vary depending on where you place it and what size of lot you use.

The main floor has:

Dinning room
Full guest bath
Kitchen / Family room

The upstairs has:
Master bedroom with own bath
3 child/guest bedrooms with own baths
Landing

The lot has:
Room for a drive if you like
