Barnyard Starters under 18K

I decided to make some starters for Riverview. Since 2 adult Sims get $18,000 to start life that would make these couple or friend starters.



They are two different styles of barns that have been converted into homes. The blue one is decorated a bit more for the males and the red for females but with the CAS tool that can easily be changed! They both come with the same stuff. They are one bedroom, two bath starter homes. They both have some sort of upstairs that could be an office, art studio, game room or a room for kids. The upstairs is unfurnished and waiting for your sim to decide what they want it to be (besides the fact that I ran out of money!). They come completely furnished with a smoke detector, TV, chess table, bookcase, lighting, appliances, landscaping, pond or river and sleeping and seating for one or two Sims.

There is room for a driveway and or garden, whatever your Sims are into.

I so miss the ladders from TS2!
