This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Here are two variations of a nice short hairstyle. I use the tidy hair as my sim's usual style, and the messy hair as his sleepwear + undies style. Makes for a cute case of bedhead.
The sideburns pictured are also included (in a separate download file) since I made them to go with this hair.
