I really liked the original Sims 3 version of this home, but I always gut it because the room sizes were awkward. After building 10 Middle Lane, I realized that the Modernehaus would fit nicely next to it in a neighborhood with contemporary homes. The only things I copied from the original are the pool, garage, and the atrium - the centerpiece of the home. You have a choice of unfurnished or furnished, for those who like to have their sims gradually upgrade their homes.

The furnished version uses Maxis objects, so it requires the same CC as the unfurnished version. The CC needed to play whichever version you want is included in a folder with it. Just drop the contents into your downloads folder and go!

Used/Pictured but not necessary:
~White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh - The roof trim will revert to the fugly Maxis trim and be, well, fugly.

~The shrubs are surrounded with the short white brick fence, which will result in foot stomping and arm flailing when a sim tries to trim them. You can either remove the fence, or install a Perfect Garden mod like this one.

~I used Menaceman44's Lunatech Ceiling Fix to take decent pictures with those odd, dangly lights.

~I flattened the edges using Mootilda's Lot Adjuster.

* I have all EPs and SPs installed, so you'll need them to play this lot.

*Please make sure you have the latest CEP by Numenor installed to ensure all recolors appear properly.
