Time for working with ambitions. And first of all, as a good start, a starter.


This blue cabin is a very good place for two people with an adjusted budget. Once purchased you'll have 10$ left. But worry not for there's food available at the lot. You can eat what you fish from the pond or just harvest some vegetables from the backyard.


In the ground floor you'll find the main room that combines a foyer, living, kitchen and dining; there's music, a TV and a bookcase for entertainment; also a single room and a full bathroom.

A ladder gives access upstairs, where the master bedroom and the nursery are.

Outdoors there are the mentioned pond and orchard, a parking space and a barbecue zone.

The lot is store and CC free.
The game version is 1.67

Issues about stuff I use for building and decorating:

You don't need any of these for the lot to show as depicted, but still you should know certain things:

Curtains! Stop Snapping to that Wall!!
The curtains will stay in place, but if you try to move the ones that aren't in a wall you won't be able to place them back unless you use this mod by Huge Lunatic.

Remove stencils/overlays
The objects with stencils removed with this mod by velocitygrass will stay that way unless yo CAST them with EA's presets.

Decorator's Best Friend
Objects in odd positions are probably moved, tilted or turned with this mod by misukisu (just decoration objects, nothing your sims need to use). If you move them they will return to their original position. There's no undo, you'll have to place them back again using the mod or exiting without saving.

This two have no issues, I just want to thank them.
