This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Happy anniversary!

Doesn't it feel like only yesterday when The Sims fist came out? Well, no, it doesn't, because it was actually 15 years ago. But that doesn't matter, because I've got a treat for you anyway! That's right, it's a conversion of the LAST anniversary content Maxis gave us, the "Ironic Clown by Angelo" painting. You might recognize the clowny-looking fella in the painting: it's fan-favourite NPC, Sunny the Tragic Clown!

Now, I don't know about you, but ever since The Sims 1, I've HAD to put a Tragic Clown painting SOMEWHERE in my Sims' houses. So, after searching all over the entire internet (literally the whole thing) and not finding anything, I set out to create my own. I'm not amazing at Photoshop/Gimp by any means, but I'm reasonably happy with the result.

The Nitty Gritty:

Description: "This piece by the progressive artist Angelo showcases his perspective on clowns. The painting may prove that Angelo has a phobia of people wearing heavy makeup."
Cost: §475
Effect: Environment +2

Found in Decorations/Paintings. Which hopefully shouldn't come as a surprise.

Conflicts:

None, that I know of.

Compatibility:

There shouldn't be any issues. If there are, please tell me at once!
