I love Mary Sue and Daniel Pleasant's honeymoon house from the TS3 store world, Sunlit Tides. I thought it would make a great community lot. I remodeled it by adding 2 additional sauna/ steam rooms with outdoor showers, extended the indoor pool and added 2 smaller plunge pools. I added a second floor, with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor patio was extended, and 2 massage tables were added. I redid the landscaping so it can fit in any world. I also made a version that you can use if you don't have the sauna. This one has a steam room with 2 pieces of cc available at MTS (see below). Finally, I made a residential lot with a main floor bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms. The home's original sauna room is empty so you can do what you want with it, including adding the sauna. All the content is base game, except the sauna, massage table, outdoor shower and a Late Night EP bar (to spawn a bartender). I hope you enjoy it.





Sauna Lot and Steam Room Lots
First floor- kitchen, lounge, rest room, and 3 sauna/ steam rooms
Second floor- 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, one with balcony
Front- sitting area looking into pool
