Christmas Tree
Here's the holiday tree from The Sims 4 Holiday Celebration pack. I cloned the tree from the Sims 2 Holiday pack but as far as I can tell you don't need that pack for this to work.

Issues
The tree is always lit (but not "on" so there's no fire risk). And the tree skirt has a shiny texture instead of a matte fabric finish.
