This is a custom spandrel that matches the Maxis “Fancy Picket Fence” (but ought to be unobtrusive enough to be combined with other fences as well).

Same colour variants as the picket fence, all meshes included (curve pieces and so on). All textures are referenced from the fence so if you have overrides for that such as this one (less fugly blue), they will work for the spandrel as well.

The spandrel is mapped a little different from the fence so that the seam between “end” pieces (next to columns) and straight pieces is removed on the bottom rail; on the top rail it still exists but is hardly visible with the given textures. It is also a little taller than the Maxis spandrels so that the edge of a flat roof won’t show.

Found in the Spandrels department for 12§ per unit.

Same as the Maxis picket fence.
