The brochure reads:
Truly impressive, and surely a home of which dreams are made... a worthy lifetime investment...

I hope your simmies agree This sprawling 1-story ranch design will suit a family of up to six sims quite comfortably.
It is sparsely furnished with standard EAxis pieces and has no decorations. Please move your sims in and let them decorate as they see fit.

(PSST - If you convert the "Hobby/Craft Room" into a bedroom, you may be able to sleep 8 sims nicely!)

Future plans for this house are not 'built out' - attic space can easily be added, with a stairway located in the front hallway area (see the original blueprints for suggestions) And, as soon as your simmies have the funds, I highly recommend adding a pool and a hot tub to the back patio area.

This house was inspired by Design #V11784 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984.)
I used very little CC: invisible fire alarms - located at the kitchen stove and the outdoor grill, and invisible ceiling lights which are located in the bedroom ceiling fans - turn them on/off by clicking another light and choosing to 'turn all lights on'. PLUS a few items you must 'shop' for (noted below) - like the La Fenetre window expansion set, and the Lifestyle Build Bundle - but you already have those don't you? LOL Most people do

No sim has ever lived here. This is a clean copy of the lot. Alarms, phone, lights, appliances, TV, etc... everything your sims need is included ~ It is "Move-In" ready!

NOTE: As I mentioned in picture #3 - Cars will teleport from the sideways garage to the street. You will not get the car-turning-in-the-drive animation, but everything else about cars/garages is fine. I included a .gif to further illustrate the issue.

Necessary, and NOT included - GO get them:
Backless Tub/Shower by HL @ MTS2
La Fenetre Simple Window and Octagonal Window by Windkeeper @ TSR
La Fenetre 2T Tall Window by Windkeeper @ TSR
La Fenetre 2-part Bay Window by tBudgett @ MTS2
Old World Single Door and Arch by fway @ MTS2
Lifestyle Build Bundle - It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY. I used wallpapers from this set.

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
