This shack doesn't really have a name, but it's in the woods. It seems you can get all sorts of .... things here, in good quality.



On the lot you'll find of course an elixier store, but also a well maintained garden with plants in good (or better) quality. In the basement you can grow all sorts of mushrooms. And in a tiny sweat lodge you can relax after a long day...



If you want to play this as a residental lot, change the lot type, delete one of the counters in the kitchen and place a stove. Then it can be used as full residental lot.

There are 3 spawners on this lot (the two Alchemy spawners for insects and gems/rocks and a butterfly spawner). When you place or replace the lot, they tend to duplicate. To check: enable "testingcheatsenabled true" and then "buydebug on" and delete any surplus spawners.
