City College- No CC- Part 3

Hey Guys! Here is the 3rd part of my city college project. These lots are completely CC-Free! However, I do recommend Criquette's Better Nightlife
if you want your downtown college to be lit up beautifully at night. Pictured in the cover photo are Lowedeus' skyscrapers
and I use iCad's Skyboxes.

I can't recommend skyboxes enough! They are neighborhood deco which replace the plain blue maxis skies. Definitely worth the download, there are plenty out there including this famous set.

Anyway, let's get to part 3!

This medium dorm houses 10 sims and is complete with a basketball court, study room, and all skill-building objects. I decorated the dorms by color, just for fun.


The Sciences Building contains a train set, several chess tables, a study area and library. I wanted to include telescopes on the roof, but apparently they aren't buyable on community lots . So, chess will have to do!

Every college town needs a bar, right? Well, here at the campus pub, sims can grab a bite to eat, play cards, or enjoy a drink of their favorite juice. 

I also created a little shopping strip for all your student's needs! It contains a farmer's market complete with an espresso bar, a salon, a small clothing shop, an arcade, bookstore, diner, and a perfume/jewelry shop. (whew!)

In this set I have also included a 1 bedroom house and another 2 bedroom house.
