Hi! Today I'm uploading a couple of warehouses that I've built for my MySims neighborhood. If you've checked out the beta version of my hood (here), you may have already noticed these two buildings in the Industrial District!
I decided to upload them because they are versatile lots that could be placed in urban neighborhoods, cities and industrial zones to make them more realistic. 
I've built both of them looking at real pictures and 3D models of warehouses that I found on the internet.
They are both residential lots BUT I can envision the big warehouse as an abandoned building turned into a discoteque for ravers, a squat for young militants or a gathering place for street artists. If you want to use my warehouses as a base to build community lots, you totally can and I am eager to see what you create!
The small warehouse is a starter home. It's perfect for young rebels, outcasts, humble artists looking for fame in a big city... you can have a lot of fun with storytelling!

As always, I enjoyed building these lots and I hope that you may find ways to use them in your game and have fun with them!
