Update 12/06/2026 I have tweaked the chair and loveseat a little for a better finish.
I have also added a few extra textures from the colors of Mansion & Gardens per suggestion by Raztiana.My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

Both objects have been cloned from Sims 2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff pack required.
The Art Deco Comfort zip.file contains both items in separate folders and I have also attached individual zip.files.
