As its name implies, this is a sparkling white house, open and breezy, in the art deco style. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, formal living and dining, kitchen with nook, attached side garage, and study which could be an extra bedroom. Many thanks to sparklinggxx for all of his wonderful ideas! The house is built on a flat lot, but raised up from the street. The house is play tested but one word of warning, lots of shrubbery won't be able to be trimmed by sims. I went a little crazy with the landscaping!
