If you want to want to know how to Unlock objects yourself, please watch my Youtube Video Tutorial:
The Sims 4 Tutorial: How to Unlock objects (Debug / World ) (it's only 3.47 minutes long)

Unlocked Oak Pack
This download contains 8 packages. All are Oaks in different shapes and sizes. These objects are totally new in buy mode, they were not even avaible with the debug cheat on.
You can find the following trees in this .rar file (Clockwise on image above): Swamp Oak, Oak (Game will name it), Big Old Oak, Giant Oak, Classic Oak, Middle Oak, Small Oak and Goliath Oak.

On the image below, you can see the difference in size between the normal Oak already in game and the new Goliath tree.
All other new Oaks except for the Small Oak, are bigger then the Oak already in game.

The Classic Oak has no footprint, resulting in Sims walking straight through it. I didn't succeed in fixing it yet, but if I will I will update that one package as soon as possible.

Object information:
All objects are standalones, so they doesn't override any other objects in your game.
You can find the trees under Built mode > Trees.
You can also find them by typing in "Oak" in the search bar.
The cost in Simoleons:
Small Oak: 25
Middle Oak: 340
Oak and Big Old Oak: 350
Swamp-, Classic-, Giant- and Goliath Oak: 600
