"Paradise Flats" Series
This is a series of more modern styled houses that you might find in hotter climates such as beaches or desert type areas, some are beach houses I made (but never uploaded) in TS2 and am remaking for TS3.
Beachum Manor
Because every house deserves it's very own beach.. umm, ok so it's just sand and water, but that's kinda beachy right??
Rooms
4 Bedroom (3 regular, 1 baby / toddler)
4 Bathroom (1 is ensuite)
Kitchen / dinning room
2 Livingroom areas
Rear deck area with BBQ Grill facility
Basement style workout room
Lot Size: 40x40
Lot Price: $97,446 (F) / $52,791 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is a fairly large house, could probably fit up to 8 sims comfortably if they're willing to share bedrooms! Baby / toddler room is big enough to convert easily into a regular bedroom when the babies grow up if needed, there is a play area for children outside and a nice faux beach for catching fish.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). Only item of note is the newspaper delivery location, I found it on the side path (between the garage and house) though I didn't actually see a paperboy / girl drop it there, without the means to lock doors / gates yet I couldn't see an easy way to fix this so check there if you lose your morning paper
. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
