Sunset Institute of Modern Art II: Replacement for SV original art museum

SCREENSHOTS
If you're anything like me, you gave up on trying to solve the rainbow/question mark/riddler tile problem long ago and nuked the Wolff house, the Sunset Institute of Modern Art, and the Goth house into oblivion and built replacements.
Presented here for your enjoyment is a replacement for the original art museum in Sunset Valley. It is – unapologetically – huge. I like to collect art here at Mod The Sims and at other sites on the web, and I use this building to showcase copies of the collection. (I use separate buildings for sim-generated art.) If your collection is even bigger than mine, this building is easily amenable to expansion, with more space for gallery walls on the main floor, ease of doubling the floor space of the second and third floor galleries and adding gallery space up there, adding more floors, etc. There are also empty pedestals where I had custom art but removed them so that you can have the pleasure of adding whatever you like there.
N.B.: You WILL have to use "MoveObjects On" to place pictures on the gallery walls underneath the lights already in place.

6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
