No CC required.
Apartment living puts Sims in such close quarters that there's really only a few options- either pretend that privacy can exist in such an environment, and bang on the wall every time your neighbor makes the slightest sound, or embrace your close-by neighbors, and enjoy spending time in the many lounge spaces offered in this building.
Glasgow Towers caters to Sims who enjoy the urban lifestyle and want to have spectacular city views from every angle, whether they're enjoying the two-story lobby's world-class library, the midlevel pool lounge, the private gym, or taking a break from public life and relaxing in the confines of their own well-appointed apartments. It may not be the newest of buildings (the exterior's style is much more suited to the late 1990's than some more modern buildings that may grace your city's skyline), but for Sims who have an appreciation for styles from any decade, this building offers unparalleled urban living.
This is yet another building that I based off designs from the Facebook game CityVille, albeit changing the name to something I felt was a touch more descriptive than just "glass condos."
This building's loft space on the 5th and 6th floors is perfect for taking in the view of the city without having to mingle with the throngs of busy Sims on the sidewalk below. Pool tables encourage a little friendly competition between residents, while an adjacent bar area is ideal for weekly get-togethers, or a quiet drink before retiring for the night.
The defining feature of this building, for a Sim well-off enough to afford the $8549 per week pricetag, is the penthouse's huge patio area, complete with rooftop soccer goal above the two-story luxury apartment- perfect for athletic Sims at the top of their game, or rich financial types whose teenage kids have a fondness for the game too.
As with all my skyscraper lots, this one is larger than most other lots of similar dimensions, so be advised that it may lag somewhat on slower or older computers.
Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: $1624 - $8549
Additional Credits:
This building is based off of a building from the Facebook game CityVille, called "Glass Condos." As with all the other buildings in my CityVille series, credit for the design of the exterior goes to Zynga's designers.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
Sims? What are Sims? I almost always just use this game to create buildings!
You might call me a CC-atheist. While I'll use every cheat code in the book, I won't use anything that Maxis didn't ship with the game in one fashion or another. Ergo, you can rest assured that all my lots are CC-free.
Some creators describe themselves as constantly juggling projects. I suppose I do that too, except I'm really really bad at juggling, so I just throw lots of projects as high as I can, and sometimes forget all about them until they come crashing down on my head!
I won't *exactly* do requests, but since I pivot from lot to lot constantly, if there's a place you hope to see from me, there's a good chance that I've already started it! I make no promises, but feel free to ask about lots you want to see- you might inspire me to finish something!
My lots are my own work- I put a lot of effort into them, so have fun with them, use them for storytelling or making Sim movies, but please don't reupload them, in whole or in part, anywhere, including here on MTS!
One day I will rule the world with an iron fist and all will kneel before me.
