Alien Disguise Tweaks - the "Perfect Disguise" Trait (updated 2015-12-03)

Mod description:
Perfect Disguise Trait - Your alien sims will not get discovered by interacting with someone while glowing.
As a "side-effect", and regardless of the trait, your undisguised alien sims will not be embarrassed when they get "discovered".
(Those who "discover" will still get the Angry / Confident moodlets.)

You can get the trait from the Rewards Store. The price is 500 SP. Only alien sims can purchase the trait.
※Please be aware, that adopting this trait will make the 'Double Life' Achievement pretty lame... ...or not. I guess it depends.

This mod does NOT:
- Prevent other means of getting discovered, such as using alien powers or walking around undisguised.
- Remove your already known status. Please erase their memories as usual.



Download instructions:

1. Main file: Download only one.
(1) Perfect Disguise
- Your disguised alien sims will not get discovered by interacting with someone while glowing. You have to purchase the trait to activate this effect.
- Your undisguised alien sims will not be embarrassed when they get "discovered" by interacting with someone. You don't need the trait for this to take effect.
- This file does not block the glow itself, or prevent many other means of getting discovered.
(2) Perfect Disguise (not in Rewards Store ver.)
- Same as (1), but this version will not add the trait to the Rewards Store.
- This is for those of you who use other mods that change the Rewards Store trait list. Please check the Technical information section for more information.
- Or, in case you want the "side-effect" portion but not the trait. You can safely forget about the trait since it will not appear anywhere in your game.
- To acquire the trait, you have to use the cheat. Press Ctrl+Shift+C then type traits.equip_trait perfectdisguise
(5) Perfect Disguise (with Proud Alien trait)
- Same as (1), but in this version, you have to buy the "Proud Alien" trait to nullify the embarrassment for your undisguised Alien Sims.
- You can get the trait from the Rewards Store. The price is 500 SP. Only alien sims can purchase the trait.

2. Optional files: Use it with the main file. Pick and choose as you wish.
(3) Block Aura
- Stops the alien glow itself. Trait required.
- Your alien sims will still glow when they're undisguised -- to be precise, they will start to glow and continue to glow if they're undisguised at the moment of the mood change.
- If you purchase the trait while your alien sim is already glowing, this will not automatically remove the glow (though it will prevent your sim from getting discovered).
(4) Block Woohoo Discovery
- Even woohooing will not expose the alien identity! Trait required.
- Your alien sims will still get discovered if they're undisguised.
- This file is also intended to fix the weird issue of re-discovering alien identity through woohooing when they're both aliens.
