Features:
  • Nautical cartoonish "Spoge Bob" theme
  • There is one bedroom with single bed and one full bathroom.
  • There is home business shop in the basement. It is realted to fish.
  • The reservoir near the entrance was made fer catching fresh fish for sale.
  • Party area near the pool.
  • Back yard with hammock and hot tub.

No CC was used

There are some CC mods observed on screenshots but not mandatory to install:
General tips to place and use the lot:
  • Install using any Installer. It is was made in game with all CC removed hence it's clean of any.
  • Find it in your lot bin and then place (it is quite long though)
  • Lot has been compressed and cleaned by ChrisHatch's tool.
  • Lot has a pool, which makes custom water shaders to work in the reservoir.
  • Not all bushes can be trimmed; but all flowers are accessible without mods.
  • You can lock doors in staircase for household only. This will prevent your guests to come at sims' bed uninvited.
  • Wall speaker in kitchen shares music to dance at party area.

Known bugs, issues and tips:
  • You need Trim Unaccessible Bushes by Cyjon to make all the bushes be trimmed.
  • Pool area came up not weatherproof.
  • The game lets just two guests invite for a party. You can increase those requirement by mods but that will also make your guests to clog your tiny toilet, so be preapred and place more toilets. For example some temporary booths for oudoors.
  • This gate should be closed fer customers, but may be open for guests and households.
